We and our Brand Partners ship nationally to all 52 states within the Unites States of America.

  • Marketplace Brands that ship directly to you have their own shipping and return policies that vary by vendor – be sure to check out product pages for specifics.

  • The Lunary offers 1-3 business day shipping on all orders. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Read more about our shipping policy below. Only orders that are shipped from The Lunary are subject to the below policy.

            • Expected Delivery: 2 Business Days
            • Order Processing: Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm EST will be shipped same day. Orders that are placed after 1pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. 
          • Next Day Expedited
            • Cost: $27.00 
            • Expected Delivery: 1 Business Day
            • Order Processing: Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm EST will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. 
          • Please Note: Large or heavy orders weighing more than 5lbs may incur an extra fee

          2 WEEK RETURNS
          • Refund Policy:
            • Items can only be returned for monetary refund to the original form of payment and must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
            • We will not be able to issue you a refund if more than 14 days have passed since you received your order. 
              • Returns may take up to 2 weeks to receive, process and refund.
              • Please note, The Lunary monitors account activity and has the right to refuse transactions, assess fees and/or close accounts based on return behavior.
            • Return Merchandise Requirements:
              • Item(s) for return must not be worn, used, altered, washed or damaged.
              • Item(s) for return must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
              • The following items are not eligible for return:
                • Any items marked as "Final Sale" in the product description.
                • All "Beauty + Wellness" items
                • Personalized or special-order items.
                • Items damaged through wear and tear.
                • Food, perishables or anything that is consumed.
            • Shipping Your Return:
              • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
              • Any packages that arrive C.O.D will be denied.
              • Please note that The Lunary is not liable or responsible for lost or damaged returns and that the in-tact arrival of the return is your responsibility.
              • We suggest using a trusted carrier (like USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) and obtaining tracking information for your own records.
            • How to Make Your Return:
              1. If something doesn’t work out, just fill out the "Returns Form" included with your order and securely pack the form, the included "Order Slip," and the item(s) you’re sending back to us inside a shipping box or mailer.
              2. Adhere a shipping label to the front of the package and send it to the following address: The Lunary, 16970 San Carlos Blvd, Suite #160, Fort Myers, FL 33908.
              • Exchanges:
                • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
                • If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different size or item, we suggest placing a new order online and returning the original item(s) along with the completed "Returns Form" and the original "Order Slip" (both included sent with your order).
