Orders & Billing Information
- Updating or Cancelling an Order:
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to make any changes to your order before it is processed and then shipped to you. We try to process and ship orders quickly, but will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Order Processing:
- After you make a purchase, the order you placed goes into processing. Please note, it may take us up to 2 days to process your order. After the order has been processed, we ship it by one of our mail carriers. You will receive email notifications every step of the way. :)
- Out of Stock:
- If an item you have ordered is “Out of Stock”, our team will reach out to you via email to let you know. If your card was charged, you will be refunded for your purchase to the original form of payment.
- Offers, Discounts and Promotions:
- For customers to be eligible for any on-going promotion they must meet the minimum requirements for the promotion.
- Discount codes may not be combined with other offers and promotions.
- Discounts are applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
- Offers and promotions may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees or taxes.
- Charged Upon Order Placement:
- Your credit or debit card will be charged immediately when you place your order.
- Accepted Payment Forms:
- We accept all major credit cards (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club), Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- We also accept payment made with AfterPay and Sezzle.
- SSL Certification via Shopify:
- Our webshop is hosted on Shopify, which encrypts information through an SSL certificate so that we can process orders securely.
